بعض ردود المجرمين لتبرير الختان بتكون كالاتي:
1. دا مش ختان لا دا خفاض "بنقص شعر احنا".
2. أحنا نشوف الدكتور وهو يحدد اذا كان الموضع فعلا محتاج ختان والا لا "دا بقى المثقف".
3. احنا نعمل كمان حملة لمنع ازالة الشعر باليز عشا بيوجع.
4. حرية شخصية من حقى اختن "عشان ليبرتاري".
5. المتخلف الي بيجيب من الاخر ويظهر مدي انحدراه العقلي وإنه اميل عقليا للحيوانات "انتوا فاكرني ديوث دا انا هختن غصب عن أي حد".
الرد على المتخلفين دول المفروض يكون كالأتي 5% توعية اولا لانهم شبه بشر مستوى ذكائم مش هيستوعب الإقناع والعقوبة البدنية بس هيا الي هتقنع، ثانيا محاولة الاقناع المفروض الدولة متركزش عليه لان الدولة دورها منع الجريمة والفتك بالمجرم أيا كانت اسبابها (احنا كأن في وكر إرهابيين هل الدولة هتقف تقنع فيه لا المفروض تفشخهم)، و 95% عقوبات من نفس طراز عقوبات العصور الوسطي "الجزاء من جنس العمل في النهاية" وهيا جريمة تقابل قطع الحشفة عند الرجل فممكن تكون دي نقطة البداية للتشريع الرادع بشكل جدي. الموضوع طول جدا والجريمة العرة دي لازم يتقضى عليها.
*على الاقل حاليا يتم تشريع قانون بجعلها جريمة في نفس درجة الشروع في القتل وقتل ان ماتت البنت.

التفتيش كإجراء من الإجراءات الجنائية

التفتيش هو إجراء من الإجراءات القانونية تقوم به جهة مخولة من القانون للبحث عن أدلة وقوع جريمة سواء جنحة أو جناية أي إن التفتيش لا مجال لحدوثه إلا بوقوع الجريمة، والتفتيش في قانون الإجراءات الجنائية ينقسم إلى نوعين تفتيش الأشخاص وتفتيش الأماكن  ولكل منهم قواعده ومبطلاته المنصوص عليها ، والتفتيش كإجراء للتحقيق يختلف عن أنواع اخرى قد تتشابه معه وهي التفتيش الوقائي والتفتيش الإداري، أما التفتيش الوقائي  فهو إجراء احتياطي لتجريد الأسلحة أو أي أدوات قد يستخدمها المقبوض عليه للإفلات من القبض أو الإضرار برجال الشرطة عند محاولة إخضاعه للتفتيش الإجرائي، إذا التفتيش الوقائي مجرد إجراء احترازي، والتفتيش الوقائي هو تفتيش لسبب إداري لا لجريمة يحقق فيها؛ فهو لا يعدّ من إجراءات التحقيق الجنائي، ولا يتطلب لإجرائه  وقوع جريمة أو توافر صفة الاختصاص بالتحقيق كأن يكون المفتش مأمور الضبط ومثاله تفتيش عمال المصنع عند الخروج أو تفتيش المساجين . مدة التفتيش القانونية لابد أن يكون لإذن التفتيش وقت محدد حتى لا يتحول وسيلة قهر ولهذا نص القانون المصري على بيان مدته وترك التقدير للقاضي المختص أو لوكيل...
